Based on tuff shed website they are falling very short of their core values in the reno nevada area. tuff shed should take a serious look at what is happening in this area with their products, service, and reputation. i will be happy to update this review if tuff shed steps up and rectifies the situation. 7/7/2018 update from 1 to 2 stars.. Could not be happier with my experience with tuff shed, don, and the crew. a bit more dollars than the competition, but i know my shed will stand up to the elements through many winters and when the high winds come, which they do, my shed will withstand the force of nature. excellent product and service from reno tuff shed..
