3 reviews of tuff shed "just had my tuff shed installed. first thing i noticed is my shed is literally 13" off the ground making it impossible for me to put my lawn tractor inside (whichnis the main reason i bought it) they told me the are had to…. Tuff shed built me a shed on 7/20/15 and it failed the city inspection on 7/23/15. it failed the inspection because tuff shed built the shed larger than my concrete pad and then they used wood shims, placed vertically, to balance it. what makes this experience even more painful than the $2,489.82 that i spent is, tuff shed won't return my calls!. Tuff shed should take a serious look at what is happening in this area with their products, service, and reputation. i will be happy to update this review if tuff shed steps up and rectifies the situation. 7/7/2018 update from 1 to 2 stars. got a call back from corporate hq apologizing..
